Delivery and Shipment

SHIPPING POLICY

Get free delivery anywhere in Greater Toronto Area(GTA) with $69 and up orders, after promotions and before taxes. Conditions may apply for certain locations. For less than $69 orders a $13 fix shipping fees will apply for GTA.

Free Shipping in Ontario and Quebec for orders above $119.00

Fix Shipping Fee of $20 for Order value of $119.00 or less for Ontario and Quebec

Free Shipping Canada wide for orders above $164.00

Our shipping services are from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Taxes may vary according to each province.

Online orders are transferred to Shipping department immediately for timely processing. Interruption of this process is not possible as these require due authorizations. Usual period to handle your order is about 24 to 48 hours (business days) after receiving the payment. We have no control on shipping process once the parcel is handed over to the shipping company. This being said, if you’re experiencing unusual delays for you order, please contact us at service@erinmillspe.com so we can track your order with the shipping company and do the follow up for you. All shipments have a tracking number. Once we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. Shipment times are based on estimates of the courier companies and can vary. We do not take any responsibility for shipment delays or disruptions if any. We would however, follow up with them to find the status and try to expedite.

Since we have no control on the actual shipping process, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages left in a postal box or outside your house. If Canada Post cannot deliver your package as planned, it will be send to the post office nearby so you can pick it up. If you got a delivery notice, follow the instructions; you have a maximum of ten (10) business days to reclaim you order. After ten (10) days the package will automatically be return to us and you’ll get refund. For other couriers these will be returned back to our office. If the article that you’ve ordered is backorder you’ll be notified by email.

Shipment carrier cannot be changed after order confirmation.
