Refund policy

PURCHASE REFUND AND EXCHANGES

Applicable purchases are refundable within 30 days of receipt for Online Purchases and 15 Days for Store purchases. Products should be unused in original packaging.

Defective products will be exchanged. Defective products should be returned in original condition complete with all accessories adequately packed and secured.

Customer is responsible for ordering the correct replacement heads for the shavers and for clipper/trimmer blades.

Online products should be received at our address with in 30 days of receipt. We will authorize refund/exchange after inspection of the returned products with in 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

WARRANTY

Warranty on electrical products are covered by the manufacturers. Please check warranty information provided with products and contact their customer service for details.

Customers can also send the defective products under warranty with proof of purchase to us for replacement by the distributor. We will forward the products to the distributor for due processing. Replacement process typically takes 4 - 6 weeks for processing and at is the discretion of the distributor.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective electrical appliances, styling products, trimmers can be returned back in original condition to us with in 10 working days with proof of purchase for full refund. Personal Edge will check the returned products and then authorize refunds.
