Usual period to handle your order is about 24 to 48 hours (business days) after receiving you payment. These delays does not include the shipping. We can not guarantee the shipping company delays. This being said, if you’re experiencing unusual delays for you order, please contact us at service@erinmillspe.com so we can track your order with the shipping company and do the follow up for you. All shipments have a tracking number. Once we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the actual tracking number. Shipment times are based on estimates of the courier companies and can vary. We do not take any responsibility for shipment delays if any. We would however, follow up with them to find the status and try to expedite.
Since we have no control on the actual shipping process, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages left in a postal box or outside your house. If Canada Post cannot deliver your package as planned, it will be send to the post office nearby so you can pick it up. If you got a delivery notice, follow the instructions; you have a maximum of ten (10) business days to reclaim you order. After ten (10) days the package will automatically be return to us and you’ll get refund. For other couriers these will be returned back to our office. If the article that you’ve ordered is backorder you’ll be notified by email.
Warranty on electrical products are covered by the manufacturers. Please check warranty information provided with products and contact their customer service.
For hygiene and quality considerations, purchases of all personal care and grooming products are final. All the clearance items and promotions are final as well.
